In addition to your right of withdrawal and your statutory rights, GoreApparel.eu offers you the following voluntary returns policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with something that you have purchased at the GoreApparel.eu online shop, you can return the goods within thirty (30) days of receiving the delivery providing that they are in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with the original labels. We will refund the full purchase price including the standard shipping costs. If you wish to exchange the goods, please return the goods and place a new order with us. The purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method with which you placed the order. If you wish to return a gift, we will refund the purchase price to the purchaser.

In order to process your returned goods quickly, please contact our customer service team before returning the goods. Simply follow the following steps:

STEP ONE

Contact our Customer Care, free of charge, by calling 00800 4508 4508, to organize a return. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00.

STEP TWO

Please complete the returns form that was sent to you with the merchandise and include it with your return.

STEP THREE

Attach the return address label that was sent to you with the merchandise to the parcel.

STEP FOUR

DHL, our designated carrier, will then be in touch to arrange a collection at a time that suits you.

STEP FIVE

We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the purchase price using the same method of payment that was used to make the original purchase as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item.

Please note that unless you use GoreApparel's free returns service as described above you must bear the postage costs for the returned goods, unless we have delivered incorrect, damaged or defective goods to you.
